2025 NCAC Friends & Family Night

Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025

Schedule: Dinner will Start at 6:30pm, followed by a short program and our candlelight vigil in remembrance of those we’ve lost.

Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, 442 Franklin Ave., Yuba City, CA 95991

What could be better than the opportunity to share the great experience you’re having with loved ones, special friends or your top donors? Saturday night of our ride, you have the opportunity to invite guests to join us for dinner, a short program and our Candlelight Vigil.
If you’d like your guests to dine with us, tickets are available for $35 each. Tickets must be purchased in advance, no later than 6pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Be sure to secure your tickets early if you'd like your guests to join us for dinner. Tickets will NOT be sold on-site.

Cost: $35.00 per person (including children's meals)
Regular and Vegan Options available.

Our Caterers have Assembled a Mouth-Watering Menu for this year’s Friends & Family Dinner!

This year's menu is:

  • BBQ Pork Loin

  • Seasonal Mixed vegetables

  • Fruit Salad

  • Dessert

  • Strawberry Lemonade & Iced Tea

  • Lemon Grilled Chicken

  • Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

  • Zesty Italian Salad

  • Assorted Dinner Rolls

  • Assorted Soda & Water

    Vegan Meals will include Mushroom or Eggplant Main Dish, Vegetables, Beans & Salad (only provided to those that have purchased a Vegan Meal Ticket or NCAC participants that have designated this on their Registrations)

How It Works: When arriving at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, please check-in with event staff to receive a bracelet for your guest for each pre-purchased ticket.
Anyone in line to eat MUST have a bracelet.

To ensure an efficient check-in process please access Palmer Hall via the Gate 6 entrance on Franklin St; guests should not arrive prior to 5:30pm.

Tickets are not required for guests that would like to attend but not eat with us.

Please Note: Cyclists and Crew that are participating in NCAC 2025 and have met their Fundraising Minimums do not need to purchase a separate Friends & Family Dinner Ticket for themselves, Saturday Night’s Dinner is included.
